Blah.

Blah P90X.  Blah getting up at 5 am.  Blah healthy eating.

You know, I was doing really well in the battle between me and the girl scout cookies.  Then Brian had to go and actually BUY some.  Fortunately he bought two boxes of Samoas and only one box of Tagalongs (my favorite.)  Of course, there’s also the box of Thin Mints in the freezer which I’m trying to forget about. Upside: Tagalongs are half gone.  Downside: That’s because I ate like half of them.

Pretty sure I’m going to quit P90X.  It’s not that I don’t like it.  It’s a good workout, but I don’t love it.  And I certainly don’t love it enough to get up at 5 am every day for it.  This has become more and more apparent as the days go on, so I’m changing my tactics.  Starting next week I’ll be getting up in the mornings to do yoga.  I’m not looking to win Biggest Blogging Loser, because seriously?  The current leader has lost more than 15% of her body weight.  If I’d lost 15% I’d already BE AT my goal weight.  And that’s all I want right now, to be at my goal weight.  I’m not looking forward to Monday’s post-girl-scout-cookie weigh in, but I’m still trying to move in the right direction.
